Replace color node replace specific colors in the image by matching it to a list of replacement pairs.

The replacement pair can be view in the inspector:

Replacement pairs are refresh automatically when a new surface is connected. This might cause lag when working with large surface, you can disable this feature with the Auto refresh attribute.
